Voice Mail
Business Communications Manager (BCM) supports three main components of voice messaging: Automated Attendant, Mailboxes, and Custom Call Routing.

Automated Attendant
The Automated Attendant answers incoming calls by playing a list of options to a caller. When an option has been selected, the Automated Attendant routes the call.

Mailboxes
Voice Mailboxes store the voice messages left by callers.

CCR
Custom Call Routing (CCR) is a single-digit access application, providing callers with a series of voice prompts and call transfer options.

Other Components
Standard Voice Messaging can be upgraded to enable Unified Messaging. There are two modes of Voice mail networking supported, (AMIS) and (VPIM).Web-based administration interface.
